All content on Kioxit, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kioxit or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kioxit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not endorse or guarantee products sold by vendors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
